Greenleaf embodies our core values of cooking with the seasons and sourcing as much product that we can from local farmers who we have built great relationships with over the years. The menu features our take on familiar food, refined with different techniques. THROWBACK - SPICY BOHEMIAN - PILSNER - 4.8% - 8

Throwback Brewery took their pilsener and “dry-hopped” it with roasted jalapeños. The result is a well-balanced beer with a very intoxicating peppery-type aroma, great jalapeno flavor, and just a bit of lingering heat.

SPRINGDALE - STRANGE BREW - HAZY IPA - 6.5% - 8

This genre-bending beer is like the eclectic music that inspired it: hopped with Hallertau Blanc and Enigma, this IPA has white wine-like notes.

FIDDLEHEAD - SEACOND FIDDLE - DIPA - 8.2% - 9

Extensively dry-hopped double IPA. Second Fiddle is second in name only. It’s big, juicy and aromatic with notes of citrus and pine.

RED STRIPE - JAMAICAN LAGER - 4.7% - 6

A full bodied, crisp lager beer, with a smooth post-palate sensation. It's the beer in the little stubby bottle, from an island with big spirit. Crack open an ice-cold Red Stripe with friends, and feel the good vibes.

Brewed with Cara Cara orange purée, Madagascar vanilla, and lactose sugar. Upfront ice cream sweetness precedes a tart, refreshing finish. Notes of vanilla ice cream and orange sherbet. A true summer treat!

Named after Lake Winnipesaukee, the largest of New Hampshire’s 944 lakes, boasting 288 miles of shoreline. A rich amber ale brewed with a variety of English and Belgian crystal malts, producing a deep amber color and a complex sweetness. A blend of American hops gives a clean hop bite and a bouquet of citrus notes in the finish.

ANGEL'S ENVY - 16
Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey finished in a port pipe. This is veteran master distiller Lincoln Henderson's newest creation, and it's a beauty. Richly textured, silky, and well-rounded, with ripe berried fruits, candied tangerine, light toffee, maple syrup.

CALUMET BOURBON - 16
Distilled and aged in Northern Kentucky, this straight bourbon whiskey comes from a private reserve of premium Kentucky bourbon stock. This specific bourbon's unique 'high-rye' mash bill was hand-selected, offering a bold, yet balanced expression.

MACALLAN 12yr - 16

Crafted to deliver a new style of Macallan. One that is the perfect balance of 100% Sherry seasoned American and European Oak, a great marriage of 2 wood types. Smooth, Sweet and balanced.

OBAN LITTLE BAY - 14

Bold and complex, this whisky boasts luscious notes of Christmas pudding, citrus, and spice, with a dark-chocolate finish.

 

GLENFIDDICH 12yr - 15

BALVENIE 12yr - 14

WOODFORD RESERVE - 12

WOODFORD RYE - 12

A pre prohibition style ratio of 53% rye in its mash bill to pay homage to history's original rye whiskeys, making spice and tobacco the dominant note among a sea of fruit, floral, and sweet aromatics, which yields a nice sweetness and overall balance.

MAKER'S MARK - 10

Woody oak, caramel, vanilla and wheat prevail in the nose. Sweet and balanced with caramel, vanilla and fruity essences. Smooth and subtle finish.

BASIL HAYDEN RYE - 14

Shades of a deep, rich amber. A blend of caramel, dried fruit, and oak with a hint of sweetness and rye spice. 

HUDSON NY RYE - 13

Bold and spicy, with notes of citrus and honey and a bright mint finish.

HUDSON NY BOURBON - 13

A bold, grain-forward, no-holds-barred straight bourbon whiskey. Distilled from New York corn and aged in new charred American oak barrels, with notes of rich vanilla and lightly salted caramel on the finish, it shines brighter than the rest.
