Greenleaf embodies our core values of cooking with the seasons and sourcing as much product that we can from local farmers who we have built great relationships with over the years. The menu features our take on familiar food, refined with different techniques. LOCAL CRAFT BEER

CARLSON ORCHARD - HARVARD HARVEST - CIDER - 5% - 8

A seasonal hard cider that takes the sweet taste of apples and combines it with fall spices. Carlson Orchards started with a slightly drier version of their flagship Oak Hill Blend and added a spice mix of nutmeg, cinnamon, clove, ginger and allspice.

BAREWOLF BREWING - MARZEN RETROGRADE - OCTOBERFEST LAGER - 7.5% - 8

When the moon is in the seventh house and Jupiter aligns with Mars, we brew Oktoberfest! The chilly weather heralds the most triumphant return of our märzen lager 

BERKSHIRE BREWING - TURKEY TROTTER - BROWN ALE - 7.5% - 8

Pours an opaque brown with a decent head of foam. Aroma is on the grainy side, pleasant. Taste is malty with a nice hops presence. Not too sweet so it balances nicely with the hops profile. It's quite good and definitely worth a try if you like brown ales.

 

GREATER GOOD BREWING - PULP DADDY - NEIPA - 8% - 9

PULP DADDY is an award-winning 8% ABV NEIPA created as an extension of the popular PULP (Paul’s Ultimate Lupulin Protocol). Like PULP, this juice-forward IPA has a predominant citrusy aroma and tastes like nectar of the hop gods! We made one modification to the base process for PULP with a single objective in mind: dial up the haze. Objective accomplished. PULP DADDY is easy-drinking and refreshing with perfect nebulosity and mouthfeel.

CUSHNOC BREWING - GIGANTIC DAD PANTS - NEIPA - 7.3% - 8

Pungent whirlpool hops and assertive dry hopping lend smooth, low bitterness along with pungent, dank, over ripe citrus aromas. Huge volumes of oats and wheat round out a soft mouthfeel

 

ZERO GRAVITY - PISOLINO - ITALIAN PILSNER - 5.5% - 7

 This Italian pilsner gets its soft and aromatic malt quality from a terroir pilsner malt grown near the Adriatic Sea. The beautiful, honey malt character is balanced by a perfectly dry and slightly cooling finish.

ZERO GRAVITY - BLACK CAT - PORTER - 5% - 7

 A smooth and creamy dark ale full of deep roasted malt character, yet nimble on the palate. Chocolate and coffee notes are balanced with a sly hop bitterness. Forget your superstitions and cross paths with this black cat more than once.

 

STONEFACE BREWING -ORANGE DUCT TAPE - NEIPA - 8.2% - 9

 New England IPA featuring Lotus and Citra hops, that create big notes of orange and citrus while still maintaining a balanced, soft finish.e than once.

THROWBACK BREWERY - BLUEBERRY LEMON PARTY PANTS - GOSE - 5.4% - 7

Blueberry Lemon Party Pants is a tart & tangy, pinkish plum-colored Gose made with blueberries, Hobbs Farm lemon verbena, and Maine sea salt. It drinks bright and refreshing, with a zing of blueberry tartness followed by notes of herbal lemon and soft floral with a berry tang. This is a truly fun summer sipper! 

FOUNDERS - KBS IMPERIAL STOUT - 12% - 12

This beer taught us that patience truly is a virtue. KBS is a big imperial stout brewed with a massive amount of coffee and chocolate and then bourbon barrel-aged to perfection. Incredibly silky and full-bodied with notes of vanilla, cocoa, roasted coffee and charred oak.

JACK'S ABBY - HOUSE LAGER - 5.2% - 7

Sweet and golden with a full malty body that comes from using a traditional German malt variety. A special beer for year-round enjoyment.

GLUTENBERG BLONDE - 4.5% - 7 GF

Pours a very pale clear blonde color. Mild aromas and flavors invoke notes of grain, corn, apple fruit, herbal hop and a touch of sweetness. Easy drinking and a nice choice in gluten free beers.

WOODLAND FARMS WEST - IPA - 6 N/A

West coast IPA. Hoppy featuring Cascade, Chinook, Citra and Columbus hops.

BOURBON, SCOTCH, WHISKEY

TAMWORTH CHOCRUA RYE - 12

Chocorua is a straight rye whiskey, made from a single crop of organic rye grain from Maine distilled in the sour mash style. The result is a cherry-like nose and depth accented by the rye’s peppery kick.

BALVENIE 14YR CARIBBEAN CASK - 15

The Balvenie Caribbean Cask 14 year old single malt whisky has been matured in traditional oak whisky casks for 14 years, and then ‘finished’ in casks that previously held Caribbean rum. The result is an exceptional single malt whisky with the traditional smooth, honeyed character of The Balvenie married with notes of toffee and a hint of fruit, with a warm, lingering finish.

KNOB CREEK BOURBON - 10

An unflinching balance of deep, pre-Prohibition-style bourbon with a robust oak taste, complemented with hints of smooth vanilla and layered caramel.

KNOB CREEK RYE - 10

Shades of gold to light amber. Bold rye spiciness with undertones of vanilla and oak. Expansive notes of herbs and rye with nuances of oak.

WEST CORK IRISH WHISKEY - 10

A delicate blend of grain and malt whiskey matured in bourbon casks, delivering a smooth and approachable whiskey. It exudes aromas of toasted grain, honey, and tangerine zest with flavors of malt with rich honey and caramel notes, and a soft vanilla finish.

BASIL HAYDEN - 14
Kentucky's Basil Hayden's bourbon whiskey is an artfully aged, light and easy to sip spirit that features a delicious and clean finish. It is a craft bourbon unlike any other.

BASIL HAYDEN DARK RYE - 14

This limited release blends classic Kentucky Rye rich with oak, spice and dried fruit notes with Canadian Rye from the award-winning Alberta Distillery, adding unique depth and a viscous mouthfeel. It is then finished with a touch of CA port for juicy ripe fruit notes.

 

CALUMET BOURBON - 16
Distilled and aged in Northern Kentucky, this straight bourbon whiskey comes from a private reserve of premium Kentucky bourbon stock. This specific bourbon's unique 'high-rye' mash bill was hand-selected, offering a bold, yet balanced expression.

 

                                                                                                                                                               MICHTER'S SMALL BATCH - 15                                                                                           Michter's Small Batch Bourbon is a heart of gold beneath a hostile exterior. Micther's sticks to a certain dry, spicy, and earthy playbook fairly consistently.

 

MACALLAN 12yr - 16

Crafted to deliver a new style of Macallan. One that is the perfect balance of 100% Sherry seasoned American and European Oak, a great marriage of 2 wood types. Smooth, Sweet and balanced.

OBAN LITTLE BAY - 14

Bold and complex, this whisky boasts luscious notes of Christmas pudding, citrus, and spice, with a dark-chocolate finish.

 

GLENFIDDICH 12yr - 15

The pioneer of the Single Malt Scotch category and one of the world's most popular. Distinctively fragrant, balancing the fruitiness of pear with the richness of subtle oak. Displaying complex, elegantly rounded flavors with a creamy, mellow finish.

BALVENIE 12yr - 14

Nose is sweet fruit and Oloroso sherry notes, layered with honey and vanilla. Smooth and mellow on the palate with beautifully combined flavours - nutty sweetness, cinnamon spiciness and a delicately proportioned layer of sherry.

WOODFORD RESERVE - 12

Spicy and forceful taking its flavor from the charred barrels that are used to age this bourbon. Charred oak, toffee, vanilla and pepper are the dominate flavors. A long lasting dry finish. Enjoy neat, with water, or with ice. Gold Medal - San Francisco Spirits Comp 2014

WOODFORD RYE - 12

A pre prohibition style ratio of 53% rye in its mash bill to pay homage to history's original rye whiskeys, making spice and tobacco the dominant note among a sea of fruit, floral, and sweet aromatics, which yields a nice sweetness and overall balance.

MAKER'S MARK - 10

Woody oak, caramel, vanilla and wheat prevail in the nose. Sweet and balanced with caramel, vanilla and fruity essences. Smooth and subtle finish.
