Greenleaf embodies our core values of cooking with the seasons and sourcing as much product that we can from local farmers who we have built great relationships with over the years. The menu features our take on familiar food, refined with different techniques. A Kölsch is a German golden ale from the Koln (or Cologne) region. This light, easy drinking beer has a rich golden color, smooth malt character, and almost sweet aroma. It is a great beer for almost any occasion!

The Gov'nah is hazy, complex and a bit juicy. It is unfiltered and unpasteurized, which contributes to its distinctive look and flavor.

A stout aged on espresso beans for a fresh coffee twist on the classic barrel-aged beer.

A crisp, easy-drinking Pilsner beer that is influenced by the great brewing regions of the world, but that charts its own course through this elegant style. A pre prohibition style ratio of 53% rye in its mash bill to pay homage to history's original rye whiskeys, making spice and tobacco the dominant note among a sea of fruit, floral, and sweet aromatics, which yields a nice sweetness and overall balance.

MAKER'S MARK - 10

Woody oak, caramel, vanilla and wheat prevail in the nose. Sweet and balanced with caramel, vanilla and fruity essences. Smooth and subtle finish.

BASIL HAYDEN RYE - 14

Shades of a deep, rich amber. A blend of caramel, dried fruit, and oak with a hint of sweetness and rye spice. 

HUDSON NY RYE - 13

Bold and spicy, with notes of citrus and honey and a bright mint finish.

HUDSON NY BOURBON - 13

A bold, grain-forward, no-holds-barred straight bourbon whiskey. Distilled from New York corn and aged in new charred American oak barrels, with notes of rich vanilla and lightly salted caramel on the finish, it shines brighter than the rest.
